Freebird offers modern Australian cuisine at it’s very best. The kitchen is constantly evolving, so you can expect a produce driven menu that is approachable, relaxed and accessible.  The wine list has an eclectic mix of international wines, focused on new-wave Australian producers and cool climate European wines. The cocktails are crafted with classic technique made new with locally inspired ingredients.

DESIGN

The restaurant is divided into different areas, each section provides a relaxed  and welcoming experience; enjoy a pre-dinner drink listening to the birds that live in the garden, sit and chat with friends at the cocktail bar, or book the library on the second floor for a private event. The open kitchen allows guests to watch chef Top and his team hard at work. Alan Barr and his team from greymatters are the creative geniuses behind our contemporary design.
